Bailey says. ?We can get into the facet joints, treat herniated and bulging discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, any problems associated with lower back pain.? Patients are typically released one hour after the procedure, walk the same day and return to normal activity within one week.
Also included in the segment is Aaron Edwards, a patient who has been able to return to weight lifting and other activities following the AccuraScope procedure. ?I was walking the night of the procedure,? Edwards says. ?I was at my son?s football game two days later. Just being able to do things that I enjoy like playing golf, tennis, play with my kids, get in and out of a car was the big thing for me.?
