Removing a VCDROM drive from an External?

Removing a VCDROM drive from an External?

I have a buffalo drive that comes with a Virtural CD Rom partition with "tools" for using the drive. I would like to delete this partition and resize the storage partition to use the space (approx 629MB) I've tried the native DISKS utility and GParted. I know I can simply use the settings to tell the VCD to not mount, but I'd like to find a way to get rid of it all together. TLDR: Is there a utility I can use to delete a Virtural CD from a Buffalo external hd? I found this for windows.
